How to get better at DPS?

1. Pick a job that is good at DPS. SAMURAI or BLACK MAGE
2. Practice the fanciest looking spells [Who needs rotations]
3. Do that what shall not named and call people out on it.
4. Never use Goad/ Apoc/ Mana Shift. Your're job is damage and u need that MP.
