We need better comunication with the Community team

Thank you all for you feedback on the Forbidden Land, Eureka Anemos.

After reviewing comments we received from users worldwide, we have decided to implement the following changes to Eureka lockboxes and their rewards in a hotfix scheduled for the end of March.- Eureka potions will be added as possible rewards.
- The rate at which fireworks are awarded will be reduced.
- Various gear, as well as the Wicked Winds Whisper and No Quarter orchestrion rolls will no longer be untradable and may be put up for sale.

Please be advised that the lockboxes obtained prior to this hotfix but opened afterwards will be affected by the above changes.

With all the feedback, with all the threads, this is all we get? We get no dialog or spoken to? I am sure I am not the only one that feels ignored with the the big bomb Eureka turned out to be. I still do not understand why we got stripped and so little content from 4.0 + just for this to be delayed and delayed to get nothing. Eureka is no content to me, it might as well not exist.

I would only go if I had friends really wanting to do it, and even then, I read one post by someone that said they are quitting the game over the fact they did not like it, and it is eating up all the play time from everyone in their FC, they can't get FC members to do anything with them that is not Eureka. It takes way too much play time and boring, it has no content, and this is the reply we get?

Do they not care about the replies of people like the one I pointed out here? I find it really really sad someone posted they are unsubing because Eureka takes too much time from their friends, they can't do anything else.

I don't think I'm going to bother with it. And to be frank, I think I'll just skip the relic/anima/anemos BS entirely this expac.
After hearing some of my FC members describe it to me, I lost all interest. And given that I can't seem to pry anyone from my FC away from it for anything, I'm probably just going to unsub and wait for the next raid tier.

There is the quote, that is very very sad. How meany posts do I need to read "oh it is fun with friends" to get the only reason this has any kind of suess is just on the fact there is something to do with friends, you can achieve that with anything. The work put into Eureka and seeing the effect it had on the game in 4.0 + does not measure up to the result. I think people are forgetting how much we lost for this no content place.

Had no idea that existed, when I asked if there was inventory threads made in the past how come no one pointed me to this? furthermore the bigger question, why is there a near 100 page thread with 224 likes on it go unanswered by the community team? This only proves even "megathreads" don't get SE's attention. I even searched "inventory space" for thread title and saw nothing like this.

I agree, though it's possible that their hands are tied. Perhaps we should be asking Yoshi-P to give them permission to engage more naturally?

Most people would have missed that response buried in the 90+ page long thread, so thank you for reposting it here. I think eureka feedback needs to be consolidated into a single thread, as there's numerous atm.

I'm honestly not shocked or surprised by this response. This is SE we are talking about here after all. We could have had more dungeons (probably a new piece of content that isn't bad) if Eureka hadn't taken so much time and resources. Then there's the issue that Eureka had earlier with a "rollback". This is the result of that year of development. This. This sh*t is what our sub money is going into. I had LS mates complaining about the rollback this morning and the lost levels. This content was released with bugs...bugs that they DID'NT bother to fix during the WHOLE YEAR this was in development. THIS is what we are paying for.

I'd take new dungeons over this failure. This is like a slap in the face to those of us who waited quite a while for Eureka and wanted it to be amazing. If this is how they are gonna keep delivering content, and if they are gonna keep playing "the safe route with training wheels" cause they are afraid to take risks (and no Eureka is not a risk, this is a remodeled diadem), then this game won't have a very bright future.

P.S: Jump Potions are Gameshark codes. Not codebreaker...GAMESHARK.

I'm not gonna unsub anytime soon because I like other things in the game. Eureka is something I have a compliant about. I also have a house in the game, and I'm not gonna give it up just to stroke your *insert something here* dude. I'll unsub when I'm damn well ready and know it's time. Now is not that time.

Also, who are you, to basically tell me to unsub? You don't pay my sub dude, so please stop thinking that you do.

It might not be content for you , but it is for others , personally it is the only end game content I find enjoyable at the moment , I like grinding and I love how they made fates enjoyable and each one of the high level fates feel unique

on the other hand I don't do savage or extreme trials anymore since most of them require a static to be able to clear them

I have yet to join a Eureka instance which isn't full , I think many people are enjoying it as well

I can't say I enjoy it most of the time but I'll put up with it to get a bit better loot, and it's allowed me to cap men tomes, which normally I wouldn't do because I dislike dungeons with a passion.

I do not get why it is being put up with for loot at all unless you really love the look of something. Gear on release was outdated.

Regardless, I really want to know what they where doing because nothing in this diadem 3.0 validates all the delays and pushbacks this got. Why did it take so long? Why didn't they scrap it when it proved too difficult to program in time? Why couldn't they come up with an innovative way of upgrading gear (like fully customize stats) in the current world, if they couldn't fill this zone with content? Why arn't they talking to us and trying to communicate to us?
