Based on the information provided, we have come to the conclusion that a complete reinstall of the game may be necessary. Please uninstall Final Fantasy XIV from your computer. Make sure to delete any remaining FFXIV files from your computer, including any potential files in your ‘Documents’ folder. Then reinstall the game from scratch. If you need a digital version of this, it can be found here: http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/na/. Any updates or expansions will be downloaded to your computer once logged into the appropriate account.

I've only recently reinstalled like a month ago
From the error codes it appears the amd driver is causing it is this wrong?

Can this be caused by actively letting the game be on even when not attending the computer?
Like I usually have it in the background for days in a row and it's only recently been acting up. (I blame your idle camera view)

Having the game open constantly may contribute to this, but I don't think it's the cause. Have you tried playing after having the game closed down for a while? Does this have any affect on the issue you are having?

Have you tried both DirectX 9 and 11 modes?

You can also try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game. Make sure not to run any other unnecessary programs or overlays in the background.

Do you play the in fullscreen mode? If so, can you try borderless or windowed mode?
