Please fix Quaintrelle's Ruffled Skirt so it can be worn AS A SKIRT with more tops.

This has probably been discussed before and there are probably more pressing issues than glamour but it has been many patches since this recipe/item was added to the game and as far as I know there has still been no fix to it or some other clothing items where belts mysteriously started disappearing when equipped with certain tops.

In my personal opinion it is absolutely ridiculous that this lovely skirt that uses TWO of the rare (and usually very expensive, if you don't happen to have the time or people to do treasure maps) crafting materials cannot be worn with the majority of hip-length tops in the game. I'm sure I am not the only one who would gladly accept some clipping if it means that I don't have to run around wearing only panties and thigh-high socks because the most important part of the item disappears with pretty much every top in the game that would look really nice with the skirt.

In case the item is really supposed to work like this and just look like an exact carbon copy of the bridesmaid's tights when equipped, at least make it so that the skirt recipe doesn't require two of the rare crafting materials. It makes absolutely no sense since the skirt is pretty much completely unwearable as it is right now.

This, I got it with the intent of making a cute dress and could do nothing with it except with two tops that I didn't even want to pair it with.
