In my case at least, I think that's a little unfair. I have no issues with bulk of the post I quoted this from, same goes for your response in the duty rating. It's when you cross sweeping generalisations with stereotypical raider hate that I start to take umbrage. 'All raiders do this', 'all raider say this'. No, they don't. Trust me, I've played alongside most of them (in the EU at least).
As far as things to tax a healer and actually make them heal. The frustrating part here is that SE has come so close to doing it already. The problem is most mobs simply throw out weedy auto attacks, a telegraphed aoe and maybe the occasional tank buster. Kalyia or whatever it's name was in FCOB Turn 11 (The big metal dragon thing that cleaved and had the orb adds and player tethers) was a bit more interesting in this regard. It cleaved, constantly, in progression gear it forced tank's to share hits, constantly. It felt like big metal monster that was doing it's damnedest to chew your tanks to pieces. More erratic cleaves, autos thrown at the second place target list, latching onto the healer etc. More variance and believable mob attack patterns would go a long way I think.
