    True window mode.

    Anybody know if they will make a true window mode like FFXI? Current one is just useless and the only way to get it windowed the way it should be is with a program. So is anyone else bothered by the lack of a true window mode?

    Edit: Would I get in trouble for using a program to fix the failed window mode?

    The devs have stated that in Ver. 2.0 they will have a true AltTab capability. As for now, if you search the forums @ FFXIVcore.com there is a thread telling you how to get boarderless window mode.

    Oh, so what you want is "Windowed Fullscreen" mode that's available in a lot of other games. Yeah that feature would be pretty nice.

    If you go to Config, and reset to default, it should all show up. If not, you could always to go to a resolution where you can see everything, move them into the middle of the screen, scale down, and then adjust accordingly. Not very efficient, but if it means that much to you, it should work.
