I don't know where to post this!

So I tried messaging two GMs in-game. One told me to hit up the general-discussion forum (we know how that would have went), and the other said "use the forums!"

So uh, what section does this go in? Here's my story.

My FC is hosting a big community event tonight (Saturday/21), and our musical bard performer got slapped with a suspension because he accidentally linked something lewd instead of advertising for the event. It sucks. I know. ='(

I wanted to ask if a GM or someone could help shift that suspension back another 12 hours. Or maybe unban him from 7:00-10:00PM (EST)?

I know it's a strange request, and it's not a technical issue. But where the heck do I post this? This sudden lack of being able to talk to a real person has me scared for the quality of the support in this game. I know I ask a lot, and I'm honestly expecting a GM to just say "nah, dem be the rules--live with it." But I still want to try.

Sorry, but they won't make exceptions, at all, ever. If they did for one person, they'd have to for others and then it starts to defeat the whole point of having suspension if you can effectively pick/choose when it happens.

Haha, yeah. We figured something out. The FC I mean.

I'm extremely disappointed in how haphazard customer support is in this game. I wouldn't mind being told "not gonna happen," but the absolute dismissal from the in-game GMs is beyond disheartening. I might have to start calling the support lines in the future.

if they make exceptions for one then they have to make exceptions for all. so fraid you're just gonna have to lump it. *shrug*
