    Thank you for the information Miesta.

    Your system report seems to be missing some information. It doesn't list your CPU and it says you are using integrated graphics. Is this a laptop? if so, what kind do you have?

    As for resolving the issue, try switching to DirectX 9 mode if you are not already using it.

    You can also try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

    yes it is a laptop. its an HP Pavilion 15-au020wm. I have tried switching to directX 9 but nothing helps. everything was fine and running smoothly before I finished heavensward. but once I accepted the quest to move on to the next area, that's when I hit this wall. I get the error every time. but ill try the clean boot option

    edit: so tried to clean boot option. and going back to dx9. nothing. same error. its completely ruined me being able to play because I can not log in at all. im hoping that some dev will take pity on me and at least load my character to a different location but when I tried to contact support about it they were useless
