Heaven on High

Please fix the bug where monsters will be stuck inside walls where can't hit or target them. Until they fix this bug don't want anything to do with heaven on high anymore. Its to bad really like the place.

Must be server thing, I've yet to encounter that. How often does it happen? By the way if reporting a bug might want to put more info into it. Example PS4 / PC , how often, on certain floors ect.

Last night we saw it a lot on floors 51+. On floor 88 there was griffin 75% inside a wall used petrified killed on mobs in the room didn't know it got agro because aoe couldn't hit it. We at the portal about to leave then does that scream all of us dead. Yesterday even saw a roaming monster walk into a hallway wall and then get stuck there. I'm always on a pc playing. Think go back in today if see it again take bunch screen shots and post them.
