about lost job after reinstall the game to another pc

i've just reinstall the ffxiv to another my PC and when i login to the game,i change my job from miner to black mage but there r no black mage job..it's thaumaturge? and i cant understand that issue? where is my black mage job and how to get my job back..cant play basic character lv70 without job

When you reinstall the game, it resets your saved settings. Character settings are client side, so if you're on a new computer you will have to go back in and requip your job stones, job outfits, ui/hotbars and such.

and i lost all UI settings also

You have to go back in to your character gear set screen, and manually requip your job stones. You still have your Job Stone, you just need to reequip it.

As for your UI, you will have to retweak everything to previous settings. Your settings do not transfer from one PC to another.

Hmmm you do realize only your settings change when you reinstall right? everything is in the inventory key items for your job crystals. -.-/ maybe see the online help manual for assistance. This is what happens when people really don't read the instructions manual or put attention to tutorials as things get unlocked. -.-.

Unfortunately, your issue requires the assistance of a Game Master in-game. We do not have the resources in the forum to assist with your request. To contact a Game Master simply type “/supportdesk,” which will bring up the menu to contact one for further assistance.

If you have a USB drive, you can try to transfer your saved UI/gearset data from one PC to another PC—

Go to wherever your Game folder is, and go into the FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn folder.
Look for the folder(s) titled FFXIV_CHR004000xxxxxxxxxxxxx (there will be a series of letters/numbers).
Take the files inside the folders, copy them, and paste them onto your USB drive.
Transfer them to your new PC. Place them inside the FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn > FFXIV_CHR0040000xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx folder of the character you want the settings to apply to on your new FC.
Your HUD, gearsets, etc. should appear once you close down the game and relaunch it. I’ve done this before with no issues.
