I finally finished my HS story and finally was able to start SB. but when I started the quest and proceeded to the load screen, it will load for about 1 min and then give me the same error. ive tried putting in a support ticket (8623996) and all I keep being told is "We understand you may be having some difficulties and we are glad you reached out to us for assistance. ive been told this 3 or 4 times now and im so frustrated right now that I uninstalled the game because if I cant get help from support then I have no reason to play the game anymore. and this is my last resort. ive tried reddit as well. one response out of 1300 views. ive uninstalled, looked at driver updates (no updates at all). nothing helps
