Ni!! I mean... hello there! My name is Doctor Yoshi. If you're here reading this, odds are you're probably looking for a new (or possibly your first) Free Company. Good news, friend: you are in luck! We are the Autonomous Collective, a newly formed Free Company on the Hyperion server. Currently we have a handful of established members that have been playing together for awhile now, but we would like to expand our ranks and grow our family. Let me tell you a little bit about us.

First and foremost, the goal of our Free Company is to provide a fun and mature gaming community primarily focused on FFXIV, but also open to playing other games together. We have members of all degrees of experience. Some have completed most of what the game has to offer, some are still progressing through Heavensward, and some are still blissful little sprouts wandering the world in bewilderment. Needless to say, all types are welcome here so long as you meet a few crucial requirements:

1. You must be mature, respectful and friendly to all.
   
2. Preferably, all members are to be age 21+. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
   
3. No drama! No racism! No elitism! No bigotry!
   
4. No drama! No racism! No elitism! No bigotry! ... This rule is important so I listed it twice.
   
5. No begging for items, currency, or services.
   
6. Please, if you have the time and ability, be open to helping peers in need. This does not mean you must give handouts of currency, items, etc. as begging is not allowed in the first place. We do ask that if someone needs help queueing, un-syncing a dungeon or trial, or has questions and needs guidance, lend a hand if you can.

Currently we are seeking members of all types: PvE, PvP, raiders (we have open spots for DPS in our static), crafters, and gatherers. We do have mentor positions open and will be outlining an application process in the near future on our Discord. RPers are welcome, but please understand that not all may be interested in participating in RP. (Please keep ALL ERP in private chat or linkshells.) Once our membership has grown, we will be building a Free Company estate and arranging periodic events for members. We will do our best to ensure EXP boosts are on at all times to help members through their leveling process.
