    Game black screens/Sound issues when using AOE abilities?

    So recently I have been playing Dark Knight and noticed a weird occurrence during my leveling process. At first I didnt know what was going on until I noticed my game crashing when using Dark Knights AOE ability while scrolling my camera in or out, now I've had more and more crashes on my end since 4.3 came out its real tough to run EX content as a healer when your game crashes during crucial moments, some days were worse than others and I've tried everything under the sun to fix it from updating everything to lowering graphics to more recently. (After finding something that triggered a crash multiple times in my tests.) A fresh install of the game. Now everything was going fine but today once again on DRK sometimes when I used an AOE ability in fullscreen mode my game would freeze up and give me a black screen for a split second. Then when I changed to borderless windowed I got an entirely different response where the audio for the whole game dips really low suddenly. Any ideas how to fix this? I've had this game for over a year and it was running perfectly up until recently and no other games I play have any issues like this even when they require much more from my hardware.

    I'd like to get a but more information regarding your error:

    When did this first start happening? Did anything update/change on your PC that coincides with this?

    When the game crashes, do you receive an error message or does the screen simply turn black? When this happens, do you have any control over the game or does it force close?

    When using borderless windowed, you only get the audio issues, correct? You have no crashing or black screen issues? What kind of audio set up do you have?

    Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
