50 missing Recipients from moogle mail contact list?

Is some simple setting or something flying right over my head or is this a glitch? I have 200 friends on my friend list in game, but when i open my moogle mail to mail one of those friends he is not on the Recipient list to mail to. My moogle mail contacts says 150/200, but my friend list says 200/200. Not a super important thing to me, but it is annoying enough that i just have to ask if anyone knows if this is a glitch or whatever it is and how to fix it. I appreciate any input or help anyone can give me. Thank you <3.

EDIT: I also checked the filters on my recipient list and it's set to "All Friends" and i put the sort filter to a-z so it would be easier to find my friend and hes still missing along with the other 49 friends.
