If SE can force achievement notice pop-up upon login (which nobody asked) on us, I see no harm getting a demolition notice as well. In fact, I'm purposely letting my timer run because I plan to get my gil back before transfer. Would be convenient to see upon login how many days I have left instead of digging through menus.
