This is so well thought out! I don't generally look at the DPS Forums, but I'm glad I did today! I love how much thought you put in to it; the balance, and just the level of detail with descriptions. I found myself pleasantly reading the ENTIRE doc. Also I enjoy how you broke it down too, and of course, the Icon is super cute lol.
