This is the base of operations for my free company Revenant Daybreak. The upstairs is a reception area and bar, and the basement is a lounge area with a sparring ring and a meeting room. It was very stressful, but a lot of fun, and I think it turned out great for my first time decorating (though I had a lot of advice and help).

The Seaborne Trillium is a botanical and metaphysical shop as well as the private residence of the Obinata family. The main floor is the family shop, while the lower level is the living space, consisting of a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and a (fake) door that leads to another bedroom (which is an apartment). Stop by for all your botanical or metaphysical needs, or just to visit!

Welcome to Ani's Outlet! Here, I strive to be able to create anything you could ask for. On the ground floor, we have a cafe that serves everything you'd like from dinners worthy of Ishgardian nobility to simple dango or luscious cakes. Please help yourself to some sweets from our refreshments cart!

In the basement, I've brightened up this underground shop to welcome you to a personal shopping experience to fit any need. Our shop has a seamstress and tailor who can make your outfits to your exact specifications right down to dye choices! To be sure you're satisfied, you're welcome to use the privacy of the changing area to try on your order to see how it fits. You also can't beat the attention to detail of our resident leather and metal worker. She can fix even the smallest breaks in anything you bring her.
Finally, we have the portrait studio and private room of our live-in artist (me), including my darling pet snake Wadjet.
