I have a Roccat Isku and start a Timed Enter Spam macro just to go back and play my guitar while crafting watching the chat. It's the same thing as pressing the Enter button with your hand afterall, just that like that you can multi-task without being able to focus on other applications, as the focus of the keyboard lays on that.
