Disconnecting from Instances

So i dont know how to troubleshoot this issue because of how it presents itself. I have been randomly being disconnected from instances but with no disconnect error message just a black screen. The problem only presents itself in instances and only after down time between pulls. Yes, i said it only happens in down times between pulls which makes me unsure of the actual cause. I have no lag or disconnects with any other games or programs. The instance is UCOB if that makes a difference. also after the disconnect when i return to character selection i am on a blank character select screen there is no char names on the right and no character standing on the circle in the middle (the circle is there and i can spin it around).


- Platform - PC
- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any) - None
- Type of connection - wired
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any) - Discord / Mudfish (issue happens with or without and on different nodes)
- Frequency at which error occurs - Over the last week every time ive raided and there has been more than 2 minutes in between pulls due to discussion or break
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue - checked for additional programs running in the backround (none) checked for ping spikes when mudfish is active since it can easily monitor them (none) Reinstalled FF14
