looking for FC casual player that is new to FFXIV

Hello all;

Like the title says i'm new to this game, been playing casually for the last 3 months and right now i am level 62, been playing DPS (Red Mage) and tank (paladin). But i have 13 years experience in MMORPG, that would include WoW and Rift.

I'm looking for a FC that isn't strict on attendance and doesn't force people to raid. I love raiding but with my hours sometimes i am unable and can't commit every week. I'm in the 30's and have a family.

Hey - We would love to help you out with your new adventure in Eorzea. Grievance does raid, but it is not a requirement for membership, nor is it the sole focus of our FC. We have monthly events and contests for members. Many of us level many side classes and love helping out new players.
