Unless stated otherwise, items will be limited to one per order in an effort to ensure as many people as possible can order highly anticipated items.

This means everything is limit of 1 except for the T-shirts, Hoodie, Fat Chocobo Hat, and Canvas tote as they are limit 5 per design?

Also, is there any chance we can get dimensions (even if just preliminary) for that gaming mousepad? Is it one of those desktop covering ones?

Most items are a limit of one per order, except where otherwise noted. When the merchandise store launches ahead of the start of the sale period, you'll be able to verify the ordering limits on each of the items!

Each product listed will note the limit of purchase per order, so feel free to start solidifying your pre-order plans with this information in mind!

If you purchased a ticket to Fan Festival 2018 in Las Vegas, you should have received a pre-order code for merchandise last Friday. We also re-sent these codes along with the site URL today, so be sure to check your emails!

Any chance we can get apparel sizing charts? Some people have been asking elsewhere so I thought I'd bring it up here.

However, when I checked out, the system added tax to my total. Will the total be adjusted to reflect the listed tax-included prices before we're charged in October/November?

We identified a few specific items that were improperly set up as not "including tax" which led to this issue. However, we are in the process of correcting these items, and you will not be charged that erroneous tax when payment is collected closer to the event. We're coordinating with the Square Enix Store team to inform affected users of such! Apologies for the confusion!
