your always opposite the tank as is, so you're likely behind the boss at all times, which is where most dps positional attacks require you to be, and in the case that you aren't you have true north.
Gekko is rear and kasha is side
sam positonals dont boost the damage of the weapon-skill directly, but boost the kenki amount you get after using some skills
(kenki is needed to use certain ogcd abilities.., ones that boost the damage or are damage abilities themselves)
They tried that with Ninja. Didn't work out.
They aren't bad and it adds a little bit more of a skill gap to the game. True North is there for those times when you have trouble hitting them due to bad boss positioning or mechanics.
idk. Considering that they're one of the few things that are keeping me from mindlessly doing my rotations I prefer to leave them in. Thanks.
Its funny how people say "go play warrior" (and also getting lot of likes too). Either they are trolling or.... dunno what else to say?
I get it, lot of people like the positional gameplay... but do we really need to have it in every single melee DPS job?? People who like positional attacks on melee already have lots of job to chose from...
That's not really troll. Its funny how people say "go play warrior" (and also getting lot of likes too). Either they are trolling or.... dunno what else to say?

This is because Warrior has always be known as being the dps-like tank.
That's all.
