On a slightly different note, does he have cutoffs on pricing undercuts, i.e will he only go so low?
From what I've noticed, the undercut bots do have price cut-offs.
The crafters on my server have been feeling them out to find their price floor and sell below to make sure they don't get any sales (At least until they update it).
Every time the weekly ban report goes out, I just sigh and shake my head because I know the bots who are actually screwing things up for other players are still going to be doing their thing no matter how times I report them.
Still, 26 perma bans for botting is an improvement over the one ban from last week. I honestly feel like they're mistakenly lumping the gil farmers into that category at times, though, because if they were banning that many non-RMT bots every week, their numbers would start thinning out because they aren't that common (Cactaur only has maybe eight or so gathering bots that are active regularly in spite of being a high pop server, though there's no telling how many crafting bots there are) nor are they easily replaced.
Interestingly, the undercut bots on both my server, Sargatanas, and Leviathan have been missing ever since the latest ban report went out (According to a source on the Balance discord).
I'd like to hope this actually means something and that it isn't just someone multi-boxing who decided to go on vacation.
Though if they did finally bop them, I don't know why the gathering bots have managed to get away unpunished so long when they exhibit far more readily identifiable signs of botting.
EDIT: They all came back today, regrettably. I feel pretty convinced it's the same individual multi-boxing.
