Having DirectX errors & game crashing in Heavensward zones

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

It looks like you've tried a lot of the things that we would suggest already. However, i do have some questions:

When did this start happening? Did anything change/update on your PC that coincides with this? Were you ever able to go to this area before without the crash, or is this the first time here?

Does this error occur when you select this in the character selection screen, or does it happen when you have control of the character?

There are a couple things you can try that I did not see listed:

Try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

Make sure your anti-virus has the appropriate exceptions for the game. You may want to try temporarily disabling it.

Make sure Windows is completely up to date, this should include any optional updates. Find the 'Check for Updates' feature on Windows to see if you have any optional windows updates that you do not have installed.

If any part of your computer is overclocked, try lowering the clocks to their factory speeds.
