The "Something Special" for the next Omega Raid Tier, What if...

If anything I'm just hoping to see all of the iterations of Omega make an appearance in the final fight with a new form as the Savage version. As much as I'd like to see a FFVII themed fight, it would just feel odd as this is the final tier of the Omega raid...Omega is supposed to be the final boss of this raid.

Should be noted that Omega and Omega Weapon are two different things. One is an organic weapon (Omega Weapon from FFX is actually a fiend, for example), while the other is a machine.

All iterations of Omega have slight/minor changes going for them (though FFXIV's is currently the only one with a creepy face on it).

The next set is called Alphascape. So clearly the final boss is going to be Alpha :P

In all seriousness, Delta =4, Sigma = 16, Alpha = 1. Omega has to be the final fight, but Omega likely will just go "I'm done here *poof to another dimension*"

I think that the "hint" with the savage transformation is for Sephiroth (Normal) and Safer Sephiroth (Savage). The hint of FF5 > FF6 > FF7.
FF7 is always the top selling point, it was for Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, and a lot of other games. And it needs to be, they are making a Remake after all.

For me It's just too grown up in the hints at this point to consider not having it.

Well I doubt we would see super nova in game as cool as it would look I doubt they can have a infight effect last that long. Also the story Septhiroth most people will actually see is likely be a really dull fight.

At his apex, he fires off continent separating lasers from his pinky just for the lulz, and I mean it, he really does do it, just for the lulz.

Just sad his whole reason for being how he is, was because of Daddy Issues. Negative points for that. Not many people know about that truth on him. Lol.

Now if you want a true anti-hero/villian to really fight that can be considered the "Strongest One". Ill give ya a hint.

She is a lv 99 BLM Subjob 99 RDM. She can Manafont *Infinite MP* then Chainspell *Back to Back Instant Cast for up to 30 seconds* Ancient magics *Ultima, Flare, Quake, Freeze, etc* when shes angry to obliterate everything.

They put her true form in, she may as well be a bonus Ultimate fight. You should see her in true form, scary, scary scary. lol

It should be noted that Sephiroth's power at his greatest is about equal to Gaia itself plus the entirety of the lifestream.

Though this is after getting a massive power boost from feeding on the souls of everyone who died from the Geostigma, which is a global pandemic that among other things causes a reduced immune function, necrosis, mind controls the victim into terminal depression to make them lose the will to live so they die faster, and painful spasms with a lot of bleeding from the affected areas.

Before this he was "Only" strong enough to hold Holy, the direct counterpart and equal to a force capable of wiping out all life on the planet and gravely wounding the planet itself, back and still have enough power left over to engage the party.

To put this into perspective, the dude is locked up in an unending stalemate where he's engaging the rest of the lifestream solo, quarantining him by means of being locked into a fight that never ends against what passes for the settings afterlife as a whole, it can't destroy him while he can't break free and destroy the world because they are too evenly matched for it to decisively go either way.

What Cloud fights at the end of the movie is just the small portion of himself Sephiroth could get through the quarantine by manifesting through the Jenova cells Kadaj absorbed, which was thankfully limited in number due to Rufus shooting a hole in the box earlier, making the manifestation weaker than it otherwise would have been.

To make a comparison: In Mass Effect 2 Harbinger frequently ends up ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL over mooks, but while a lot stronger than the base creature they are really nowhere near the level of the real deal. Think of the same thing happening here, with Kadaj being the host and Jenova Cells being the catalyst enabling the possesion to take place.

Then Sephiroth went and crippled himself further because he's grown to hate Cloud so much that he wants to break his spirit completely and utterly before killing him, causing him to go all "Must inflict ABSOLUTE DESPAIR before killing!"
This backfired horribly and ended in his host taking so much damage he had to abandon it.

And if you take the Word Of God seriously about Sephiroth being the single most powerful entity in the history of his native universe, and combine it with the statement about 7 and 10 taking place on different planets within the same universe, then that would put him above Sin, who was able to do https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dx4WSGmjrc4 THAT while lulled into a half-asleep state.

Though a lot of this is coming from supplemental materials, so make of that what you will.

It should also be noted that Supernova apparantly works the same way high-level summons do.

Sephiroth isn't as great as he appears... sure he looks like a badass but that fight against him at the end is a joke... I mean he gets beaten by a fake member of SOLDIER... his will was what was so strong... people forget sepherot was dead already for most of the game... his will just refused to join the lifestream... if anything Jenova is stronger...
