Goblin, stop cutting market sales by 80%

Seriously, dear Goblin players. Learn economics.

If you think you're scaring other DoL classes away from selling items you are by doing so, you're not. It's foolish.

Stop cutting 900 gil 99 stack items down to 400 gil with multiple 99 stacks. It's just dumb. You're not scaring other DoL's off and you're just hurting yourself.

If you want to cut, learn to cut by ONE gil.
    Same with crystals or clusters.

On other servers I've played this is always a "slight" problem but never this badly like on goblin, and there's less people here.....

    Please STOP.

The eco on this server is like doing PVP with on team flames instead of being on Mael.

Are you encouraging undercutting by 1 gil?
    or
Are you simply saying that if someone is going to undercut (which is a jerky move anyway) then at least do it in the proper jerky way?

A proper jerky way at least, cause lets be honest, ppl gonna do it anyway lol. But to destroy the market every weekend is asinine.

To be fair players can sell what they want however they want. Like the creation crafting mats, if I need to sell them several thousand less than the cheapest person already selling it then that's what I'm going to do because I don't have the time to keep checking constantly and dropping the price by 1 gil in hopes it'll get brought. Yes Goblin has less players than some worlds, but because of that it can often take longer for things to sell, nothing is going to change unless there is a major popular burst.

Why don't you buy their cheaper product, and resell it for a profit?

Free markets are fun. People are able to list things for as much or as little as they want, and then buyers decide what they're willing to pay.

    Here's the thing.

My product is the same as your product...
...my Gil is the same as your Gil...
...and the supply of both is bounded only by time.

    My product sold.
    Your product didn't.
I don't care if your product sells or not.

Gil and items are bounded only by time invested. My time is invested in sitting in Limsa, and so any time I spend not doing that is near infinite in value by comparison. If I undercut, you can buy the goods and resell where you think they belong - it doesn't bother me if you buy them - but my product will move, and yours - well it won't.
