    Constant disconnection. Please help

    Today there was a little update (19M). After installing it, I cant log in to the game. A few seconds pass and then the following message appears:

    An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FFXIV.

    Hello Redname, Thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

    To be clear this only started after the update? Please try the following suggestions:

    Updating graphics card drivers/reverting to older drivers
    Reinstalling game
    Disabling background application and overlays
    Switching to DirectX 9
    Rolling back Windows update
    Disabling Game Mode on Windows 10
    Running as administrator and using compatibility mode
