Something I noticed when making this character earlier in the thread is that the eye color palette has a limited amount of brown shades. It may be just a Highlander Hyur problem but I could not find a proper dark brown and the color black looks more like dark grey. It's odd because dark brown eyes are not only common for African people and their descendants but also for people in Asia, where this game was made in.

I think the eye colour palette is the same for all races. In any case it's definitely a strange selection - it tends too heavily towards light colours that look rather unnatural, even halfway along the light-to-dark gradient on each row, while colours in the same column can be of quite different intensity.

I think it might be another effect of being a Japanese game, where the vast majority of real people have dark eyes, so perhaps don't have the same sense of which lighter colours look natural or not?

To be fair they rarely lock threads even when they get particularly nasty. The mods here seem more keen on pruning problematic posts instead of outright shutting down entire topics unless they're outright rule breaking. Sometimes even ignoring those topics until it becomes clear that nothing good will come of them. As such I'm not sure you could say an actual developer is reading this until one actually comments.

I'm not a part of the silly "race war". If I'm to make a topic with a better way of asking for options, I'll wait until this one dies. That way, there's no clutter.

I know I said I was done with this thread, but why is race war becoming a buzz word here? This thread is less a debate and more a heated war of words over something that, in my opinion, was already silly to begin with.
