I'll concede that the Hyur would benefit from more facial features, but as for your "racial" claim...



I literally got this result by hitting Randomize until I got something I can tweak into this. There's further hair options than available in the character creation.

I don't know what you really want, OP, because I get the feeling this isn't about character creation limitations. And maybe I don't want to know.
