    Marriage Bug - Unable to Locate Promise Ring

    Date & Time: 18th May - Now
    Frequency: Seemingly permanent issue

    Area and coordinates: Sanctum (Wedding area)
    Description: I have been divorced for over a year by my previous partner. Purchased a platinum wristlet today and tried reserving a time slot for marriage - couldn't work as the NPC stated that the following: Could not annual eternal bond. Your eternity ring is not in your inventory.


    I have shared in this bug report quite a while back, and would love for this issue to be resolved soon as I've raised it quite a while back - see here: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...27#post4672827

    To be safe, I've checked my retainers, armory chest and chocobo saddle but did not spot any ring - and went through the isearch string only to come up with the Eternity cake (entered in keywords such as bond, ring, eternal, etc). Spoke to the Square Enix support via the mogstation who stated that this could be a bug, and he did not have the tools to check for the ring in-game.

    Please resolve this soon as I have purchased a promise wristlet a while back - with my current partner patiently waiting for this issue to be fixed as well
