    Character world transfer bug

    Character name - Luna Kai
    Platform PC Windows

    Since Sunday trying to change the world, but the error pops up that the character is in the process of changing the name, but nothing was bought
    After a few days I decided to buy a change of name because I thought that it all repaired, but after using and changing the name, the problem remained the same
    So it was just a waste of money
    I can not play with friends for almost a week because no one can help me so why do I pay subscrition at all if I can not play
