I do apologize for being unable assist with this any further, however, since we do not have control over your ISP or internet connection, we are left with the troubleshooting steps we've already given you. It's likely that part of the issue lies in the fact that you are connecting to the North American Data Center from Europe. Any potential connection difficulties will only make playability worse than it already is. Since we only have control over the servers themselves, we unfortunately have no influence over the route you take to get to them.

Additionally, you will not be contacted regarding a bug report directly. They are reviewed and investigated but are not responded to unfortunately.
