Ugh... the giant head things in Yanxia. And the Hecteyes. Especially since both make weird squelchy noises when they die and it’s just... ugggghhhh.

I absolutely dread seeing those little round sprites such as the ones in Copperbell Mines. Why? Not because they scare me, but the squeaking noise they makes drives my bird crazy. I've been a caught a few times with him relaxing next to me only to turn into a feathered tornado as soon as he hears them =o

Those giant owls with their giant glowing eyes. I once had to tank one, which had red eyes to boot, so extra creepyness, and had to look away.
Elezen in the wrong lighting
I'm a little disgusted by the Gigantoads maybe, but not really creeped out. The Brainpan/Diadar guys in Yanxia are kinda gross too, due in large part to being reskinned puddings instead of newer, sturdier models that don't twist and jiggle like so.
On the other hand, I absolutely adore the Calca and Brina dolls, as well as Scathach. One friend of mine is so creeped out by them that, when I brought out a Calca/Brina minion, he fled and hid behind the nearest large object he could find. I just laughed and hugged the little doll.
For me it’s the flans kill one with eyes and just watch it’s creepy
Lots of the creepier ones were brought up already (giant Doman head things, those ghost with multiple masks, owls with the staves, Coerthas crocs, etc.)
But as someone who dislikes spiders, I really get unnerved by the Yarzons, especially when you get a good look at their body/head.
Special mentions:
-Those goat-headed demons (Haukke HM's Ash)
-Mirrorknights
-Taurus mobs
-Ixali (their faces! and try to imagine them without beaks)
-The new SB Qiqirn with the red-glowy goggles
-Vanara (A rank Angada mob)
When I first saw it using the floor slam move, I thought it was smashing the floor with its face. It wasn't until a few runs later that I realized it was actually pounding the floor with its stubby little fists. I was a bit disappointed; I thought the face-smash was awesomely psychotic.
