Unpopular opinion perhaps but paissa definitely creep me out. Something about them is distinctly Seussian (the face, probably) but their limited animations make them super disturbing.

Maybe it was just me but the whole thing screamed Parasite Eve, which I honestly was more happy about than disturbed. Will agree that those giant heads in Yanxia creep me out the most though.

Agree to disagree. I can see the game freaking out many people. For me it goes so far that I just can't get scared. What really scared me was Condemned: Criminal Origins because it only took a few creative liberties to provide something horrifying. Just enough to be fictional but still leave me with that "what if"

I have to agree that this was truly the closest to “horror” I have seen in this game. I wasn’t prepared and it scared the juice out of me. I still hate doing that trust run (even after so many) because of that sineater.

Thinking of when Melissa began making the transition/transformation into Eve, also many other scenes where people were being taken over by their mitochondria heh.
