Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

When did this start happening? Did anything change or update on your PC that coincides with this?

Does this error come up if you are using DirectX 9 mode? Select the 'Config' option on the launcher to change the DirectX mode.

Try updating your graphics card drivers if you have not done so already and make sure that you have other programs and especially overlays disabled.

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

it's been a problem with DX11 since about a week or two, I changed to DX9 and I noticed my game will freeze frames if there is ALOT of traffic (it should not) and I had a Crash just now in DX9 I updated my GPU about a day or three ago Overlays arte all off

Thank you for the reply MrMomo.

What have you done so far in order to resolve the issue?

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
