Numbers wise the Quick Nock spam is 20-30 potency * the haste boost at each interval past the first one. I'm assuming it's being used after WM/Ballad where ideally you're dotting anyways. I used a 2.5 gcd for everything.
Paeon's assumed to be 20s in the single target rotation which gives 8 GCDs, 2 of which I'm setting aside for refreshing IJ and Straight Shot. You can get the guaranteed RS Refulgent Barrage out of it that with perfect DoT management allowing you to delay IJ into WM/RS, delaying WM usage by a GCD if you can afford to wait, or spending a Straight Shot proc on Straight Shot to maintain cooldown uptime, which I believe breaks even or is a slight loss depending on whether that Refulgent would've crit.
The Greedy opener is as follows: Storm (Pot) -> Caustic (Paeon/Empyreal Arrow) -> Crit (Bloodletter/Battle Voice) -> Heavy (Minuet/Raging Strikes + SS proc) -> Iron Jaws (Barrage/Sidewinder) -> Refulgent Arrow -> Normal rotation
With the extra Heavy Shot added in and the requirement to hold onto WM it's better to hold onto RS and blow Empyreal Arrow/BV/Bloodletter asap to get the extra haste and get to RS/WM. You'll lose too much from PP to make it worthwhile to use RS earlier but the Barraged Refulgent Arrow under TA/RS should make up for the potential loss (if your skill speed's too low) of an Emp Arrow under RS. This opener gets worse with a late TA timing however.
