    SMN doesn't have a rotation really, but more of a priority system.

    1. Keep DoTs up (refresh Miasma around 2-3s remaining, Bio at 1s remaining)
    2. Weave your oGCDs (Fester, Rouse, Enkindle, etc.) using Ruin II
    3. Spam Ruin III whenever #1 and #2 are taken care of

    Whenever you have 3 AT stacks, hit DWT, then use Tri-D > Ruin III spam > Deathflare at around 3s left, then revert back to the list above.
