- Summons
- The new poms
- Less floors
- Easier to dedicate time to attempt the higher floors.

Disliked
- The "story" ... or the lack thereof.
- The Aesthetics (this is personal, I enjoyed the creepy potd floors more. )
- Why so many fireworks... please... why you do this...

Overall enjoying the gameplay a lot more, meh about the story and feel to the place. Everything feels very randomly put together instead of having a theme like PotD had. You would get edda minion, nightmare mount, wind up minions from the PoTD itself. Here we get... dodo mount, why? And lizard minion. I find them cute I just don't see how they fits there. And of course when unsure how to fit something just excuse it with - Allagans did it. > >;;;

I like the look of it. The enemies are also pretty weird but cool to look at. I also think the summons are cool

Also, my WHM is the only one high enough to enter, but I was getting so bored in POTD because the skills available at those levels are boring. So good thing I have a higher level way to level all classes.

I ignored the story, skipped the cutscenes so idk how that is. I will go back later and watch the cutscenes though.

Dislike

I really dislike how I get so much lag when trying to click on the NPC to enter it...and getting DCed from the server every floor. My wifi was working fine for the record.

I also heard from my FC that there are still bugs? The FC message was "We glitched on Floor 75 of HOH and failed. At least that was our record!"

Like the looks of inside Heaven on High that's about it. Dislike where if one leaves your party can't go to next set of floors. So if one leaves the party say at floor 89 you can't go to floor 91 because one left. They need make it where can queue at floor 41 and floor 71 where if everyone in the party has already beat floor 100. Sucks if you get half way and one leaves and wrecks it for rest of the party.

I've been loving it so far. Love the deep dungeons.

Like:

- The design is really cool.
- The new Pomanders/Magicite is pretty awesome.
- The one big floor is pretty awesome.
- Being a soloer, I like that it starts off with a little difficulty. It's still easy starting out, but right away they hit you with mobs to avoid and floor debuffs. First few floor sets in POTD you didn't even have to pay attention.
- Getting potsherds is a bit easier by being able to spam 21-30.


Only semi complaint I have is that I thought 31+ would be a little bit harder. Doesn't really get too bad until 71 apparently. I've tried to solo (although not seriously) and it seems more or less the same as POTD, only a little faster since there's less floors. My first attempt I died very stupidly (lol). I'm going to wait to finish going up there in a group before I seriously get cracking on soloing.

If SE does more deep dungeons, I hope for a little more variety in the types of floors, like kill X type of enemies to proceed (I'm thinking of stuff similar to Nyzul isle in XI).

But lately been getting into some trap PTs where they ask for a higher Aetherpool for clears and then use all the poms at low level. Use magicite on the level 30 boss. I don't waste my time and leave, so im sorry if that makes me seem elitist but clear runs tend to take 4+ hours and that's me, pouring the time and the effort into these runs...So when I see this early on, its like nope.

I can't say I've had this problem. I'm in a cross-world linkshell with other clearers and I find it quite easy to run through with the people on there. It might be a possible solution for you- make one, invite those who have cleared with you, or that you know have cleared. That way you have a pool of players at the ready for when you fancy a run.

Oh I have made the runs before and have been slowly friend listing along the way.(I just changed servers not too long ago so I don't have access to many linkshells anymore.) I just got my third clear tonight, tomorrow hoping for the 4th. o/

That feeling of accomplishment when you finally hit floor 100.

How easy it is for players to catch up and grow their aetherpool. It's not as punishing as POTD where you had to sacrifice a lot and then start from 0 again.

The magicite abilities and the new pomanders. Using Odin on the Floor 90 boss was just so satisfying.

The strategy required on upper floors where you have to weigh the risk vs. reward of using certain limited pomanders.

Learning the moves of each individual type of enemy so that you can better work together to defeat them. I love mutual progress toward a shared goal.

Dislikes:
The trolling on Gold and Platinum sacks. Gold I can kind of see since there are more of them, but with Platinum sacks, I don't expect to get a freaking Riptide orchestrion roll (the music from Sastasha). RNG or not, that's just insulting.

The brilliant flashing on the sack analysis process where you think you're getting something super rare only to get an Ifrit minion. Grrrrrrr.

That mob is so annoying above 71+.
Above 91+ its a gamebreaker.

-DEBUFFS!!!

Besides 71+ there are so many debuffs.. its a pain in the ass.


At the end you waste 99% of your time but one run is special, and no one knows how you reached 100 or 200 solo (potd).

Special thanks to mimic/and alot of debuffs from 71 until 99.

Like: How challenging the levels become at floor 81+ and 91+

Dislike: How everything gets ruined if one person leaves the group early if you use PF.

Also, people who join floor 100 parties, when they are only interested in exp and could not care less about mechanics, or getting to floor 100.
