    Player Report Inadequacies

    Currently:
    1. Privacy policy currently prevents the Game Master (GM) team from giving players any information regarding the results of their reports as to any action taken.
    2. The GM team, including supervising GMs have no ability to provide any sort of in-game reparation for victims of griefing, trolling or other offenses in order to prevent abuse of such powers.

As a result, the current player report effectively does not provide any confirmation of punishment being meted out, giving zero confidence that anything will be done to prevent future similar reported abuses.

    Suggestion:
    1. Without naming any particular players, provide a short feedback notice along the lines of "A (number of) player(s) has/have been suspended/banned/warned as a result of your recent report."

    2. If the GM team is able to successfully verify the veracity of a report, and have handed out due punishment, along with the aforementioned feedback notice, the GM team should be allowed to provide reparations for lost EXP and/or items, with the condition that every such reimbursement be recorded for review by a supervising / senior GM. The point at which such reimbursement would end is up to discussion, but would be suggested to be cut off at the moment of any recorded offense. Every reimbursement must be matched with a punishment, but not be a necessary consequence of said punishment.

    3. Any items/exp obtained via griefing will be removed on first offense, even if suspension or bans are not issued. This includes the "clear" of any such trial, including raid clears and their rewards purchased with RMT.

Example Scenario : Player A is griefed via vote kick out of a Palace of the Dead (PoTD) matched party. At this point, the party has cleared floor 59, are standing in passage, and have obtained 3 accursed hoards.

Example Procedure : Investigate chat logs, damage lots to identify any griefing, if said victim had been actively contributing to clearing, if any harassment had been occuring and if the vote kick had any sort of legitimate excuse.

Example Result 1: Report verified true, reparations should include the exp for 51-60 of PoTD, and the aforementioned 3 accursed hoards, should griefing be verified and punishment meted out to the offending parties.

Example Result 2 : Report found to be invalid. Player given feedback regarding reasons why the report has been proven invalid, and allowed chance to escalate matter or communicate with the GM team. Fraudulent use of either the initial report, or the option for escalation and communication to be punished with warnings, suspension and eventually a ban, the same as griefing.

Example Result 3 : Report verified true, but victim was vote kicked at floor 55, with no hoards. Only provide partial EXP refund, and no reparation in terms of "potential items to be gained."
