I find it difficult to find any useful situations to use Requiescat+Holy Spirit spam in dungeons outside of the boss fights.
Usually, because large pulls mean Total Eclipse is the best option when there are 4+ mobs.
I wondered if maybe make Requiscat give Holy Spirit a splash effect for the buff duration to make it more useful for AoE situations.
