yes.. every 3D game's engine includes 2D drawing, 3D modeling, Animation, Sound and Physics API's.

"Havok engine" for instance, is a popular Physics engine that is well known for its ragdoll FX

But as long as you can run around and exist in a 3D environment (And collide into other objects) then you are experiencing the physics engine at work
