    The Ties that bind question

    So I started this quest with a friend but he stopped playing before we set up a date. So now I’m stuck with the quest in my journal and a bracelet I can’t do anything with. Of course now that I have some one I like and they want to marry in-game but I can’t get rid of the previous quest and it won’t cancel it when I tried to talk to the man at the Santum. Can I fix this?
