    Can't log in with my existing character

    Hi,

    Bit of a strange one! I was logged in on my character this morning before maintenance, but since coming home an hour ago I'm unable to log in. The launcher takes me through the process of signing up as if I'm a first time player; there's no way for me to log in with my existing character. I have an authenticator and my character still appears on the Lodestone but I'm totally stuck. Has this happened to anyone else before? I've been working with SE on fixing my disconnect errors and they told me to rename the game folder so I'm just wondering whether this has knocked it out of sync? I've changed the name back to how it was previously but it hasn't helped. I've gone back to them to let them know what's happened now but thought I'd put some feelers out to see if anyone's had the same issue as me before and can help get me back online
