    Saved data suddenly erased, Glamour issue

    Hey there! So, it\\'s been a while since I logged in. I went to change my character with a fantasia, everything was going alright... Until I noticed that ally previously saved character appearances were suddenly wiped clean. I thought it was a little odd. Then, when I went to check my glamour dresser, I noticed that it ATE all my glamour items I put in there. All my rare event items, everything is gone. My previously saved glamour plates, gone. I dunno if this was part of the patch, if I should have removed everything before it happened- not that I could, college had me away the whole time.

    Like.. Zero of anything I put in there is left. Even the items I got as quest rewards for the Stormblood story quest are gone. Everything in my armoire is gone. Things I\\'ve gathered over the past few years just... Gone.

    Sorry, was this a part of the patch? Am I just out of the loop? Thank you so much!

    Unfortunately, your issue requires the assistance of a Game Master in-game. We do not have the resources in the forum to assist with your request. To contact a Game Master simply type “/supportdesk,” which will bring up the menu to contact one for further assistance.

    Hi, I checked the support desk options, and there was nothing that would be appropriate to send my inquiry through. Unless I was checking the wrong area, the contact forms all state that a reply will not be coming, or they are just for reporting harassment. Maybe I'm just blind as heck, but I don't see a way to contact them through the support desk about this. Sorry.

    Don't choose one that states it will not be replied to. Choose on of the others and you should get a response. There isn't an option for your specific situation unfortunately, so feel free to use one of the others. You can use 'Report Harassment' even if that isn't what you are doing.

    This thread will be moved to the 'Separate Support Required’ subforum as contact with the Game Masters is necessary to resolve the issue.
