My first thought was that it looks like M'zhet Tia's hair - I did the Ananta quest involving him last night, and had noticed the beaded braids which I assumed were some kind of fancy earring or something. Having just checked his character data now, it seems that was correct - he is equipped with the 'Ghost Barque Circlet of Fending'. The 'Scintillant Circlet' (with Striking/Aiming/Scouting variations) also uses this model. So you might want to look into getting one of those items.

Just two new ones - the newly released braided style from Heaven-on-High (and/or the marketboard), and a short style (shown in the 4.3 patch notes) that's bought with PvP currency.

Marketboard prices will depend on just how rare it is, I guess - I haven't looked, but friends last night were saying it started at 10 million (perhaps a very optimistic first seller) but quickly dropped to 3 million, so if that continues it might be a decent price before long at all.

Another recent addition that should help with the PvP style if you want it, but aren't good at PvP, is that there's now a daily Frontline challenge that seems easier to get into than the previous roulette. Or perhaps it's just been busy because everyone wants the hairstyle. Either way, it took me a week and a half of running it to earn enough marks.

That's the short hairstyle, right? I think I saw that before I took my little break. I dabbled in PvP a bit, but I really don't understand how to play it. Might have to take a dip in the PvP sub-forum.
