Forum post character limit increased

The new character limit is definitely not for new threads only - commented on two threads so far made today and still got the "your post has exceeded 1,000 characters; please shorten it". Pls. ;_;

I immediately got barked at in my next post of 1136 characters. WTH? Now that's just mean!
