Forum post character limit increased

Would have preferred a entire forum board engine replacement..but this will suffice.

Has this actually been changed, or is it just for general discussion? After reading this post I've hit the 1k character limit twice in two different threads both times being under 2k characters. Both instances were in English Forums > Gameplay > Markets and Retainers if it makes any difference. If this change is coming in the future, can you give a date estimate?

I just hit the 1,000 character limit in a thread in the General Discussion sub-forum with a post of 1,088 characters. Has this actually been increased?

I think it only applies to new threads, as I still hit it.
