    Fatal Directx Error (11000002) And why you'll get no more of my money

    You continue to ignore this error reported by me and many others. You refuse to acknowledge that it even is a problem from your game. Which it is the ONLY game that this happens in. I log in and sometimes I can play for hours. Other times, like today, I get the damn error less then 3 mins after logging in and just STANDING STILL. Repeatedly happening 10 times in a row. I don't pay for games to not be able to play them. I truly hope you wise up and actually fix this bs.

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    When exactly did this start happening? Did something coincide with the issue (FFXIV update, windows Update, installing new software, etc.)?

    Try some of the following:

    -Make sure Windows is completely up to date (this includes any recommended or optional updates).
    -Update your graphics card drivers. If they are up to date, try reverting to a version that you remember did not cause this error when installed.
    -Make sure you have no other programs running while playing the game.
