Anyone else ever gotten complained at for using a simple Raise macro in PUGs?

1) Waits are integer seconds only.
2) Most oGCDs eat 0.7s.

A 0.5s wait will be treated as a 0 or a 1, depending on the mood of the software at the time.

It pauses for me, so it treats it as a 1. I notice it a lot when I'm raising a bunch, though I can't discount my latency either.
