Didn't they already admit they can't add new sliders to the existing CC anyways? So it's kinda a moot point. Plus Conan was going for the shock value as they have full nudity in the game. Not having an equal opportunity in the slider in a game where you /start/ naked is kinda redundant. Less so in an MMO where they don't even let us have bare feet, let alone breasts or groins.

From a purely technical standpoint, it should be possible to add a male-unique setting. There isn't currently any male-unique character setting as far as I know, so the character record field that holds the bust size setting for female characters is presumably just sitting unused for male characters. It could therefore be used to implement a new slider without requiring a character record structure change (which would probably be the disastrous amount of work that's why they say it can't be done).

A "bulge" slider is just flat-out strange though. Like...no matter what your, uh...size is it's gonna vary based on...various factors anyway. And not permanently be conspicuously..."there" unless you're wearing next to nothing, realistically. And is that really considered the "sexy" thing about guys? They're not equivalent at all to me. If anything more build / musculature options would be equivalent. Some races have the smooth/chiseled slider but it still feels pretty insignificant. Things like the request for body hair / more muscle options I see as being equivalent, but not having a hilariously conspicuous 12-ilm Lugworm pressing against your small-clothes.

Really? So your telling me that when you see a woman you don't immediately or within a few seconds take in the size of a woman's breast? And don't play the genitalia card because a woman's breasts are very sexualized. In fashion, magazines, TV, Movies, Anime and so on. A woman's Breasts are one of the defining and most obvious attribute that singles out the female gender. If your telling me that you don't take notice of a womans chest, effectively sexualizing that part, then your bold faced lying.

Breasts are considered sexy, but the first thing people notice about men isn't their crotch :P usually. Unless I'm horribly out of touch. The argument isn't that breasts aren't sexy.

Personally speaking, as a woman, I’m more apt to notice a man’s muscles before his, uh... package. I mean, I’m sure there are individuals out there who notice the latter, but this is all subject to one’s personal taste.

LMAO, no. You guys want us to think that but trust me my girlfriends and i notice. We talk about your back sides your front sides your chest and arms. Women want the world to think we are not as dirty minded as you men but we are. In fact, having been to several Thunder Down Under Shows, When my girlfriends and I are out we enjoy oggling men just as much as you guys oggle women. One of the running jokes, at least among my group, is how guys with baggy pants must need to obscure the fact they lack anything to show. But, I am not trying to debate who is more naughty I am simply pointing out that if a game is going to provide a sizer to a female Avatar then there should be an equal superficial attribute slider for the men.

I suggest reading on actual biology about that part of a human body. The "bulge" of a guy during normal activity have absolute zero to do with it...eh...for the more private activities. The sizes in those two states are completely independent of each other.

And yes, the privates are not equivalent of breasts. Men have breasts too, by the way. If you want "fairness", you should ask for a breast slider for men. Go to a beach and look for an obese man and you'll see breasts in full swing. The fact that males hormones are set to NOT prioritize putting fat onto their breasts if there's space somewhere else does not mean that the breasts of men and women are different body parts. They're not.


As for the suggestion itself...well, irrelevant. It won't happen. There's no reason for it to happen. There's no relevance to it even if it did happen. And it's not even particularly fun.
